The Government of Nepal, after submission of recommendation by the Committee under rule 7, shall prescribe the amount of compensation to be paid to the registered owners of Kharka land on the basis of the recommendation. After prescription of amount of compensation in this  way, the Land Revenue Office shall distribute the amount to the concerned registered owners of the Kharka land.
